Ready-to-wear suits

Changed your mind, or need a different size? You may return or exchange any ready-to-wear suit within 30 days of receiving it — no restocking fee, no hassle.

To be eligible, the suit must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. To start a return or exchange, email us at support@mysuitguy.ca with your order number and we’ll send you the return instructions.

Please note: you are responsible for the shipping cost of returns and exchanges. Once we receive and inspect the suit, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Custom suits & shirts

Made-to-measure items are crafted specifically for you and are final sale — they cannot be returned or exchanged. If your custom order arrives with a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, contact us within 7 days of receipt and we’ll make it right at no cost to you.
