At My Suits Guy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help! Please read our return policy carefully to understand how to initiate a return.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Custom-made suits or personalized items are non-returnable unless there was a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at support@mysuitguy.ca with your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.
  2. Receive Return Instructions: Our team will provide you with return instructions, including the return shipping address.
  3. Pack the Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documentation.
  4. Ship the Item: Send the item back to us using a traceable shipping method. Please keep the shipping receipt as proof of return.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us at support@mysuitguy.ca for assistance. Exchanges are subject to availability.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
  • Original Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
